Everyone who says the service is not up to par is being honest. I've had many experiences here service-wise both good and bad. They need more help in the front of the house. Even one more person would do.But let me tell you...The food is worth it! The kimchi is excellent, and you can get as much as you want. The food is perfection! I've waited 45 minutes to get served before (super busy that night and only two people working the front), but it was soooooo worth it!! When we did order, the food came out quickly. If you had a bad experience, just try it again. Go in the off hours (after lunch rush usually). Also, please remember the staff are traditional Korean. Their culture may be a little different than what you are used to.

Kaya is always a great place to go for quality Korean dining. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is truly Korean. Always a great place for a quick bite! Average pricing for the area and never too busy. This personal favorite receives a Hartford score of 70/75, the highest to date!

Questions & Answers

My experience is they serve steamed white rice with their entrees. The meats and veggies can be seasoned mild to spicy depending on your preference.

Not 100% sure but i think not. I think there was a sign in there last time that said they didn't do it anymore.

Its expensive but it worthed. The best one there is seafood with veggies. Its really good. Its about $19

No, sorry

Not all you can eat

Their Napa cabbage kim chi is made in-house and about medium spicy. It comes along with your entree order. You get a few types including typical Napa cabbage, cucumber, and romaine lettuce. The weekend lunch buffet has even more to choose from. I enjoy them all very much.

Some tables have a grill. You can cook yourself or order from the kitchen.
